Architect designed villa

Located east of Perpignan in a town close to the beaches, between the Golf de ST CYPRIEN and the VILLENEUVE lake, built on the edge of a wooded area that cannot be built on, this villa certainly ticks all the boxes: Type T5, with a suite on the ground floor, it has a living room of 72m2 extended by an IP terrace, itself equipped with a bioclimatic pergola and decorated with a summer kitchen and a heated salt pool, secured by a roller shutter. Facing due south, this traditional construction is particularly accomplished and from its masonry roof to its exteriors, the part of which is devoted to vehicles is made of marked concrete, nothing has been neglected here.
